Ballot Terms and conditions
  1. This is a private ballot for Holler Live Presents Midland Sponsored by Montucky Cold Snacks taking place on the September 18th in Nashville, TN.
  1. You must be 21+ to enter the ballot and attend the event. Proof of age will be required on entry.
  1. If you are not yet registered for Holler, you will register as you apply for the ballot. You may unsubscribe at any time after the ballot closes.
  1. The ballot sign-up window begins at 5:00pm EST Wednesday, September 11th and closes at midnight Sunday, September 15th.
  1. Successful ballot entrants will be randomly selected.
  1. All successful ballot entrants will receive an email confirming they have won by 5:00pm EST on Monday, September 16th, 2024. If you do not receive an email, this means your application has not been successful.
  1. Successful ballot entrants will be informed of the number of venue entry passes they have won (based on their request), with a maximum of 2 people per entry.
  1. Entry passes have no cash value, and are non-transferable, and good for one-time use only during event window.
  1. Attendees will be required to show their confirmation email to gain entry.
  1. Entry passes are limited to 2 per ballot entry. Only passes issued by Holler are valid. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.
  1. Only a limited number of passes are available for all successful ballot entrants.
  1. Passes are not available for resale.
  1. Passes are allocated on behalf of the Promoters to the Consumer. Business or traders are specifically prohibited from purchasing or applying for this event. Any who do so will have their passes cancelled.
